Gareth (electrics) and Trevor (plumbing) attended promptly and quickly assessed what needed to be done to fix a leaking hot water cylinder, a faulty water pump and a ???reluctant??? dimmer light switch. They gave sound advice and provided two possible solutions for the hot water system, both lessd intrusive and more cost effective than other comparable solutions I???d sourced. Gareth and Trevor carried out the work to replace the cylinder and associated electrical switches etc. in an exemplary manner. They worked together fully as a team: quickly, quietly and efficiently. Gareth even found time to replace the ???reluctant???dimmer light switch while Trevor installed the cylinder. On completion of the work, my home was left in a clean and tidy state and the new cylinder not only looks the part but works a treat - much improved on its predecessor. Before leaving, Gareth and Trevor provided me with all the associated paperwork and gave a full run down on how to manage the system on a daily basis - offering to return at short notice in the unlikely event that a problem arises with either the equipment or their installation. As a retired professional ex Head of Estates and Facilities Management, I wholeheartedly recommend EPM for their competence, professionalism, personal integrity and friendly manner. I believe that anybody seeking a company to undertake electrical and / or plumbing work won???t regret employing EPM.

Gareth was exceptionally professional and kind throughout the entire process. I am incredibly pleased with the installation of the new double sockets across my house and the new consumer unit. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality workmanship!

Gareth showed up when he said he would to replace two older mixer taps at my daughters flat. Work was completed in a very professional and courteous manner. Everything was explained and he was very knowledgeable, the home was left in a tidy state. Would have no hesitation in recommending EPM to anyone. A first class job.

We have used Gareth of EPM a number of times and have always found him to be professional and competitive. The most recent job job he did was to do a number of EICRs and fit replacement smoke & heat alarms. As always he arrived on time, carried out the work, left everything tidy and charged exactly was agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Gareth and will continue to use EPM for any future electrical work. Thanks Gareth!

Gareth has recently installed 2 new bathroom extraction fans for us. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It felt like using someone we had known for years even though it was his first job at our house. Highly recommend.
