Nic initially carried out a EICR report for us during the process of buying our first house. His communications were prompt and his quote for the repairs was clearly laid out. We were so happy with his initial job that we booked him for the repairs as well! Once again he was super quick at getting back to us and was very clear at explaining all the repairs he had done.
