Finding a dependable sparky can feel like chasing a mythical creature, Somerset Electrical turned out to be the real deal. Was up against a tight deadline with ongoing building work, fully expecting the usual delays???but they actually answered the phone on a Saturday (already a minor miracle), showed up promptly, and had everything sorted within 48 hours. Efficient, responsive, and refreshingly reliable. Not only that, they also showed up in proper work gear???tight T-shirts and actual belts.

I had to call Somerset Electrical to our offices at really short notice ahead of an important meeting. They came out early this morning and fixed the problem. A Professional, tidy job and both gents that turned up were really friendly. Super happy with the service we received and would highly recommend.

I have now used Somerset Electricals on two separate occasions over a period of time and their customer service remains second to none. They focus on customer requirements, and give useful practical advice to cater for your needs. They are extremely professional in their approach to the work, clean and tidy. Decent guys, doing a great job and not ripping you off.

Felix and his crew were brilliant. We have a new build and had outdoor plugs, lights and internal lights added. Felix was incredibly professional, helpful, clean and tidy. He was friendly and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him. His work was exceptional and even our very large and awkward landing light was an easy job for him! Great value for all the work done.

Absolutely fabulous service again from Dan and Felix at Somerset Electrical Company. We???ve used them a number of times now and they have just finished a full kitchen rewire involving a complete redesign, new spotlights, a new consumer unit and upgrading the earthing all to meet the current regs. We also asked them to install mains smoke alarms and, as a matter of course, they completed full test and inspection of the remainder of the house which put our minds at ease. They are extremely professional and worked with us to make sure everything was completed as and when required working around delivery dates and other trades. They arrived exactly as agreed and left the house very tidy at the end of each day which is so important when you are living there at the same time! We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend to friends and family, great work Thank you!
