Brilliant communication - called me on his way and checked exactly what needed doing, which is perfect as mum didn't understand the issue. Didn't just replace things unnecessarily and I thought the invoice was very reasonable.

   Highly recommended. Mountstephens were extremely helpful when I rang about our downstairs lights all going out, without the breaker tripping. They fitted me in within a few days, their electrician turned up promptly and was extremely polite. The wiring circuit was a little confusing but he quickly traced the fault to a burnt out ceiling rose - replaced and checked everything AOK. Tidied up and left and the bill was very reasonable. Couldn???t fault them, will definitely use again.
