Took my Miele hoover in as engine was sparkling, thought it was the end of it ! Had a call to say it was fixed and for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service from a friendly man who even took the time to explain how the filters worked. Highly recommend this shop and saves things going to the landfill !

Excellent service, and the only shop in town that stocked exactly what I was looking for. Why go elsewhere? You know you???ll be able to get what you need from an independent trader.

I took a somewhat unusual electrical item to them (a central vacuum system) which had failed. They stripped it and tested it and confirmed it needed replacing. Unfortunately, sourcing a replacement motor proved not to be straightforward. I left it with them. Days, weeks, months went by. On ocassions I contacted them, they assured me they were still sourcing parts. Eventually, I decided it wasn't worth waiting longer and told them I was going to buy a new machine. At that moment they said they were only a couple of weeks from a solution. I gave them benefit of the doubt and sure enough it was fixed. Much credit to them. They certainly persevered and managed the repair and at a very reasonable price. Definitely 5* service.

Visited this shop a few times already, and the owner never ceases to amaze me with his professionalism, courtesy, kindness. He???s always so helpful. Definitely goes beyond ??????????????????????????????

Wonderful shop. Used it many times and the parts are always spot on. Went in today and the gentleman was so helpful and even gave me a few tips. Tumble dryer now fixed and saved from the landfill, saved me several hundred pounds on a new one aswell. True hidden gem of a shop.
