We had a near disaster on Xmas Day, just after we had cooked our Xmas Dinner for our guests our oven went off and wouldn't heat up again. Luckily we had already prepared things in advance for Boxing day and our air fryer was able to cope with the heating up of things. My Sister in Law gave me Pete Grovers details to contact in the hope he could come and check for the fault early in the New Year. Luckily he was able to come out soon after New Years day and diagnose the fault. He found that the element had gone, so ordered a new one and returned as soon as it arrived and we had a working oven again fairly soon after it broke which was amazing bearing in mind it had been over the Xmas Break. We were very impressed with Grover Electricals and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Pete was very pleasant, friendly, professional and didn't leave any mess after the repair. Thank you.
