Having gone without any electricity over night, I contacted Luke with the hope of getting help; unfortunately he was away on a family holiday and couldn???t attend but because of his professionalism he was kind enough to talk me through the possibilities and stayed on the phone until the problem was resolved. Thank you Luke. I cannot recommend this electrician highly enough - absolutely exceptional.

My free standing Siemens coffee machine TE657313RW got broken after 20 months of regular usage. Siemens customer service charges are ??117 for an engineer CALL only and you paying only an assessment. If product is unrepairable fee is non refundable. I know it well as my previous Bosch veroaroma was send to them. Coffee machine was unrepairable and I had to buy a new one. This time I decided to find a local company to repair my Siemens coffee machine and I can't be more happy. Luke Salter from LS-Electrics Ltd not only collected coffee machine from my home, but also investigated the problem, repair it within 24 hours and delivered machine back to me!!! The price was almost half less than just the phone call from Siemens engineer. Great communication. Very reliable and trustworthy person with a lovely personality. Cannot recommend enough!
