Great company. I needed quite a lot of work done. They were reliable, on time, very tidy, great explanations of what was needed and did a fabulous job. All at a reasonable price too. Will be using again when required. Thanks guys.

I have used PBW 3 times now with the next 2 jobs already booked in. Quotes are prompt, professional and reflect the high quality work Paul and Owen provide. I am very happy with the work they have done so far and have no doubt I'll be happy as I use them in the future.

Would highly recommend. Quick efficient service. Punctual and great communication. Clean and tidy work installing LED down lights and replacing sockets. Fully explained controls and positioning. Paul and Owen - keep up the great work.

Never trying DIY again! Drilled through a wire in the wall at 7pm! Called Paul and he was very kind about everything trying to come up with ways I could avoid an emergency call out. In the end I decided id rather get the repair that night so he came out within 25mins and fixed it professionally and was very kind and knowledgable. They kept everything extremely clean and he got everything back to normal. His charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good covid precautions also ensuring we weren't isolating, and wearing masks.

Paul and his son Owen are reliable, polite, and competitively priced. They have recently fitted a new consumer unit, two outside lights, down lights in our conservatory and two conservatory heaters. They were here on time every day, completed the work in good time, and the final bill matched the quote - no hidden extras. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them
