Booked for boiler service. On day of work no show. An hour after the allotted time slot had elapsed I gave them a call to see if perhaps they were just running late. No, they gave me an excuse about the van breaking down and that they had called me earlier. I assured them that nobody had called. Fair enough, mistakes happen. They say they will get their guy to call back to rearrange. No call. JUST DO NOT WASTE PEOPLES TIME. I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH MY TIME OFF. No I do not recommend and will certainly never bother with this company again

I???ve never experienced such not responsible plumber, who took me ??400 replace my leaking valve with an old plastic valve. They promised me to give me boiler service but never turned up post several follow up calls, have to give up in the end. They always said yes in the call, but never took in action, ie, not sending me receipt for replacement, lied to say the replace part throw away, delayed or even not show up for appointments post payment. Highly suggest to never use this company anymore.

Thank you so much for coming out and helping fix my air Boiler. Came quickly and fixes the problem in no time.
