Recently purchased a house and found there was a leak, gas board attended and rectified but left the system capped off until a gas safe engineer could attend to carry out a test. I messaged Hybrid Heating on whatsapp at 6am and had a reply in no time, 4 hours later Gavin was in my house to carry out the gas safety check during which he found that the boiler had not been serviced for a long time. He talked me through how he could tell this and showed me, so he carried out the service to the boiler also. Can't thank Gavin enough for the prompt and professional service received. Highly recommend

I have been with Hybrid Heating for many years. Gavin is always available and is very professional. A few years ago I purchased a new boiler with him and every year since he's been there to service the boiler. I would highly recommend him.
