   Jose came out on a Friday afternoon for a broken boiler and managed to get it operating long enough to see us through the weekend. Came out again today to replace the boiler, absolutely cannot fault his service. Total professional,very friendly and took time to explain what was wrong. Tradesmen like Jose are worth their weight in gold.

   Outstanding service. Truly kind and professional. J Marin Services provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and approachable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and how he was going to fix it. He resolved the problem efficiently and also offered helpful recommendations, which not everyone takes the time to do. During our conversation I mentioned that my husband had passed away, and at the end of the visit he very kindly decided not to charge me. That level of empathy and humanity is incredibly rare and meant more to me than I can properly express. A genuinely professional, trustworthy and compassionate service. I would highly recommend J Marin Services without hesitation.

   I called J Marin Gas Services today needing a service conpleted on my boiler in preparation for a house move. He explained to me that he was fully booked. When I mentioned I'd been let down he said he would do his best to get to me before 5pm. He arrived at 4:30pm and serviced our boiler in a very efficient manner. He was very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. J Marin certainly knows how to treat his customers. We will deffinately use in the future. Prices are also extremely competitive.

   Look no further than J Marin. He is true to his word, is exceptionally knowledgable and provides a fantastic service. He has serviced our boiler for a few years now and never lets us down. Recently we moved house and inherited an ancient boiler. Typically it broke down on a Saturday but on Sunday J performed a miraculous fix which was much needed and gave us time to buy a new one. He was happy to provide advice around the purchase of a new boiler when needed. The following Friday he installed our new boiler. He was incredibly efficient and tidy and we were really happy with the cost involved. I won???t hesitate to continue using his services.
