Craig responded very quickly to our boiler leak, identifying the issue immediately. He gave costed options for repair or replacement and we decided on a new boiler. He arrived with it a few days later and fitted it quickly, cleanly and quietly (as my wife was working in the house), taking away all the old parts. It all felt a lot easier than I???m sure it was. Excellent service from a really nice guy.

Absolutely great service, Craig squeezed me in to his busy day. He was very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. Definitely will keep him on call for future boiler problems and servicing.

Craig from Focus property services has provided us with plumbing and heating system maintenance over the last few years, he is a consummate professional with a wealth of experience and expertise. His central heating system work is efficiently scheduled and executed on time, and I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend A+

Excellent service from Craig. He was able to move our 3 jobs by 3 days which made things so much better for us. He completed our 3 jobs in one day. Very clean worker and very easy to work with. We used him again because he did an excellent job on disconnecting a gas oven and hob and the installation of a new gas cooker. Many thanks Craig Doug and Beverley

Craig is a top notch bloke! We originally called him out for an emergency plumbing issue on our new build and there have been no regrets since that first visit. We have had him back to rectify many issues in our new build home and he has been an absolute godsend. One of the jobs consisted of a full bathroom rip out and the end result was fantastic, please see below. Would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing needs. Will be having him back shortly to service the boiler. One to save in your contacts!
