Amicable person but a really disappointing experience - After the technician left, I realised the boiler wasn't working anymore as II couldn't have a hot shower. I had put some clothes on and try to troubleshoot the boiler. After a while, I had to call back for assistance. It appeared that he left the gas tap closed. - I had a quote for 50?? for a annual boiler service but then had to pay 70??, so an increase of 40% compared to expected cost.

Excellent and speedy service. Fixed our boiler at short notice and got it up and running the same day when we needed it urgently at a very good price. On top of that the service engineer was really friendly and polite and cleaned up all his mess.
