My boiler was replaced, in December 2024. The response, from Jake, was efficient and detailled information was explicit. I was very pleased, with the installation. Jake respected my home and took care in covering carpets etc. I am an older person so have concern when work is carried out, in my home. Joy

Jake has logically diagnosed and rectified problems with my gas boiler, pressurised water system and ancient leaky Belfast sink. He also put a loop onto the water inlet so SW Water could fit a water meter. He is calm, tidy, professional, cheerful and considerate. He came in the afternoons after my elderly relative was up and let me know in advance when he had to reprioritise and reschedule my visit. He has a payment reader so I could pay directly by card at the end of each visit. I will definitely use him in future, for my annual GSC as well as any interim problems. Although based in Plymouth, he was happy to travel to Callington. Once more, thank you Jake!

JRGAS provided a fast and reliable service at a very reasonable cost. We had a new boiler fitted in our kitchen replacing our previous boiler which was situated in the attic. This was done with minimal disruption to ourselves despite having to redivert some of the pipes. Jake is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise and provides an exceptional service. I would highly recommend JRGAS.

Incredible service from JR Gas, I use them for my annual boiler service and never had an issue. Mid winter my boiler broke so I had no heating or hot water, Jake resolved the problem within 24 hours despite new parts being needed. Highly recommend, I wouldn't use anyone else

JRGAS is professional, reliable and trustworthy. He carries out my yearly gas inspection for myself and he has fixed my grandparents boiler when required. Would really recommend.
