Absolutely 1st-class service from Dan. He is communicative & reliable, and serviced my gas fire & boiler in Newlyn. He was also extremely conscientious & professional, taking the time to explain various things (including some shocking failures by the Long Rock company I'd used for years, e.g. their failure to tighten the gas isolation valve, causing gas to leak!) Dan really knew his stuff & not only provided a reassuringly thorough service, but resolved the problems the previous company had caused (they'd refused to return to fix their failures without further, unjustifiable charges). I'm so relieved to have found DJT Gas as, unlike in the previous company, I have absolute confidence in Dan's expertise, competence & knowledge. I highly recommend him.

We would highly recommend using DJT Gas Services Ltd! Dan is truly the best gas engineer that we ever had. We had a new system installed by two other plumbers who did not seem to know what they were doing and it created multiple issues and a great deal of stress for us. Thankfully we found Dan who knew exactly what the problem was and fixed our issue. Dan has a deep knowledge and years of experience, he was really friendly and explained everything very well, the communication from him was fantastic, he was organised and left everything super clean! He even went beyond what we needed and set up the heating system in a better way so we can use it more efficiently. We are forever greatful for him and so happy we found him. We will be using his services again for our boilers annual service.

He responded promptly to all our messages, efficient booking, turned up on time, polite, very clean & tidy, spent time explaining system to us as we???re new to lpg, small recommendations for our system but no sales pressure. We will definitely use Dan from now on.

I would highly recommend using DJT Gas Services LTD. Dan dealt with my query very efficiently and his communication was excellent throughout the process. Dan was very prompt coming to repair our boiler and he gave excellent and honest advice. Dan is very passionate about his work and his knowledge and expertise is what makes him stand out from other companies. My only regret is that we didn't find Dan sooner. He really impressed us with his honesty and integrity about his trade and his level of customer service was fantastic!

Dan was an exceptional tradesman, he took time to explain what needed to be done and why, the risks of not replacing the boiler, and pointed out some other maintenance that would prevent longer term issues. He carried out the work in the time stated working two quite long days. The communication was excellent as we needed to discuss a scaffolding tower and had potential weather issues. He broke down the costs with transparency and allowed me to pay over 3 instalments so it wasn???t as hard financially as boiler replacements are often very expensive. Would 100% recommend
