Very quick in responding and arranging a visit to service my boiler. Reasonably priced. Furthermore, James was very professional and careful during his visit and provided valuable insight. I will be using them again.

Great experience from start to finish,gutted bathroom laid porcelain tiles,put in new suite,1 year later it???s still perfect.He???s coming back in July to fit a new bath in my elderly neighbours house,also have some jobs for him.When you find a company that???s honest & trustworthy you stick with them.Thanks again James.?????????????????????????.Bob.

James and Louisa are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Star Boilers to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services. James the engineer was friendly, polite and helpful. He diagnosed a couple of problems quickly during a boiler service and talked me through the options. Louisa was friendly and very organised, with quotes and invoices the same day, and updates for our planned work. Great service, I wish all companies were this good. Photos showing a couple of the repairs to our boiler. Valve changed and new flue installed.

5* service. My tenants could not turn off their gas hob so we had to terminate the gas supply to the whole flat! James turned up the next day, diagnosed the problem ordered a new hob and installed it the following day. My tenants and I were very pleased with the speed and efficiency of service and would have no hesitation in recommended Star Boilers in any gas emergency!!
