Amazing service from Ideal Heat - who supplied 4 x industrial sized Air conditioning units after placing an order out of hours for next day morning delivery. Emily was incredibly helpful, immediately responsive with solutions, and the units arrived earlier than expected in time for intended use. Cannot recommend highly enough and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Steve from Ideal Heat is an absolute pleasure to work with, when faced with an urgent need for temporary boiler, with no past experience or contacts, we called, and were able to get quotes, account setup, and installation over a weekend to keep our school running. Nothing was too much trouble. Kelly in the office is incredibly proactive and made everything straightforward and clear, all the maintenance was taken care of and we didn't need to worry about anything, faults were rare and were managed by the office without us even knowing. We hired for a longer period than we anticipated, but feel like we have built a relationship, with people that we can work with rather than just a supplier that we order things from. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Heat Solutions and the team. Thanks so much!

Ideal Heat Solutions where able to supply us with a temporary boiler for the winter months. From the beginning they were informative, attentive and provided excellent service. Would happily use Ideal Heat Solutions again in the future.

Working on a project for a School in Hackney. Had some issues with the actual boiler but the response and support given by Joe and Chris was exemplary. Never argued about any problems, responded quickly and efficiently. Always polite an engaging. Good product. Great engineers.

Joe from Ideal Heat was our point of contact for a temporary boiler supplied to NHS urgently over the Christmas period to cover a breakdown. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and reacted very quickly to our clients needs. I would highly recommend Ideal Heat Solutions and will most certainly be dealing with in the future.
