I can recommend Elite Heating, as I have gotten a new combi boiler and had all the 40-year-old radiators replaced at the same time. I was recommended by Briteside Heating, as I thought they did boiler installs. Glad I took the recommendation, as other quotes from highly rated competitors in the area involved some questionable advice & behaviour from $t@ble & C@$tle ??? a waste of my time. Andy came over to quote in hours, while I had to wait a week for the others. Andy listened to what I wanted and gave advice as to what is sensible rather than getting caught up in small details???essentially: "We'll find a way to make things work, it???s what we do." It really put my mind at ease. He didn't try to dissuade me from my choice of make; I???m not choosing a budget model. The quote was in plain English and used brands, unlike other quotes that omit these basic details and remain vague. There are things which are included as standard???such as a shock arrestor and full bore valves???which they don???t make a song and dance about, as it???s simply good practice to use them. The work was started a day earlier when I called to check on an update, which suited me fine. All the work was done by George & Phil, and within an hour the boiler & rads were removed! They laid down plastic sheeting to protect the carpet and were very courteous and well-mannered. The speed at which they worked was incredibly skilled & efficient. The work and finish of the soldering are tight and neat with no blobs of solder, and so far there are no problems. Do yourself a favour and definitely add Elite Heating as 1 of your quotes; you might find them surprisingly straightforward and simple compared to the other Medway companies with all the flair and noise. We are talking about heating & hot water.

Elite were recommended to us after a Home Emergency call out for my elderly Mother. I called Andy to see if he would provide a quote for some replacement pipework and at the same time a quote for a new boiler as this was also needed. Not only did Andy arrive the same day, he went through everything with my husband, nothing was to much trouble, very knowledgeable and knowing Mum had been without hot water for a week assured her he would get everything back working for her. The quotes were provided that evening and the work was booked in for the following Monday. George and Bill arrived on the Monday as scheduled again professional and friendly - nothing too much trouble - felt at ease leaving them in the house. Really cannot say thank you enough as from start to finish their service was first class. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutly fantastic experience from start to finish. We showed up on a Saturday (bank holiday weekend) thinking it was open, it wasn't but Andy was there running an errand and could've easily turned us away but let us talk through our needs came by our house later that day to look and scheduled us in on the Tuesday for our boiler replacement. Was amazing on the day of installing as well, professional and friendly and went through everything afterwards to make sure we were happy with set up. Hopefully will not need anything in regards to the boiler for many years to come but when we do, definatly coming back here.

Having had a new Vaillant boiler fitted, I would thoroughly recommend Elite Heating - from Andy???s pricing and recommendation, to George???s installation. George was very professional and his work very neat and tidy - polite, respectful and courteous throughout the day. First class service. I cannot recommend them enough! From quote to install very professional and friendly. Andy and his team have been excellent, nothing was too much trouble, tidy at all times and worked above and beyond to ensure we had heating and hot water the same day.
