Dave was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and discussed the repair with me so I was able to make an informed decision. He is what I would describe as 'old school', which is a compliment. My toilet is all repaired, ready for my guests this weekend. Thank you Dave and of course Chivers Plumbing and Heating for their speedy allocation of scheduling in a repair.

Tom and Jake were deployed at short notice to sort out washing machine drainage issue. Tom improved the plumbing waste set up and on testing showed that we also had a blocked drain so needed to call MT Drains who solved that end of the problem.

Brilliant service from calling to completion of problem. Phoned late Thursday afternoon and had an engineer next afternoon. He thoroughly checked the boiler and found the problem why the boiler was tripping. Called a colleague who had the parts on him and he delivered them straight away so that it could be fixed. The engineer called a few days later to ensure that boiler was working ok and no further issues. Friendly and knowledgable workforce who can be trusted to do a good job.
