A great experience from start to finish, Shane gave advise on what could be done and all options available to us, he was knowledgeable and first impressions were that customer service was key to him. Shane and his team were fantastic working around us and totally trustworthy and efficient and the job was done in good time and at the end Shane again made time to talk through everything to make sure we were happy and understood how the system worked ,and that they were available even after finishing for any advise or help. Shane is incredibly professional, well organised, good communicator and prompt. I was super pleased with his thorough boiler service, fixing a leaking radiator and replacing a leaking kitchen tap. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent communication and customer service. Shane and his brother were so polite, friendly and helpful. They did a very thorough job on our boiler service best we have ever had. We will use them every year now for our annual boiler service and all our plumbing issues going forward.

Our old boiler was becoming unreliable so we requested a replacement. Shane did a survey and suggested one that would fit into the existing cupboard and provided a quotation which we accepted. His communication was excellent.The team arrived on time, completed the installation, which included fitting filters and tvrs, explained the controls and left our house clean and tidy. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Shane and his team and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Outstanding professional service. I am so glad that Shane was recommended to me! He is polite, professional and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I had a major leak from a pipe supplying my upstairs toilet. Shane was so reassuring on the phone, arriving a few hours later with his brother, Josh. All costs were explained and agreed in advance. They sorted the problem calmly and efficiently, explaining everything as they worked.
