I recently had my boiler replaced by Kirk, he explained everything in great detail before starting. The installation went exactly how he had explained. He is a very contentious worker and everything he did was to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the install and the boiler, and couldn???t recommend him high enough.

Have used Kirk,for 14 years ,servicing our boiler and heating system, emergency calloutsand have always had excellent service. At the last service, my wife mentioned updating the downstairs cloakroom, Kirk, measured up ,gave us a few ideas to think through and now in this week of unforgiving heat he has cleaned out the old ,and made a room with all the pipes showing into a really good and lovely looking cloakroom, very efficient and tidy work throughout, just make sure your kettle and tea are handy. Bank Holiday Monday and my daughter unfortunately puts a drill through a mains water pipe in the wall of the lounge! Phoned Kirk and, although engage elsewhere on family matters readily agreed to attend her home within 1 1/2 hours. Duly attended, cut out plasterboard wall, located damaged pipe, repaired the pipe work, turned on mains all ok within 30 mins of arriving. Thank you Kirk for your continued reliability for routine or emergency repairs.

When we asked Kirk to undertake the refurbishment of our bathroom suite he offered very good advice as to purchases. His estimates and quotations were down to last detail and his workmanship was of the highest standard expected. All work was completed to time and all arisings were removed leaving the place looking as if he had not been replacing equipment. Well done for all your hard work. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.

We were lucky enough to get a cancellation today. Kirk was able to service our boiler and radiators, check the pipes feeding the washing machine and fixing the pipes under the kitchen sink. He was efficient, informative and very skilled. We look forward to seeing him again next year for our next inspection.
