John was able to fix an air lock in our heating system and associated leaks in a challenging old house. His knowledge and experience is phenomenal. A lovely person to deal with, great communication and reliable.

John did a great job installing a new unvented cylinder and removing our old gravity fed system. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated with us at every stage of the job and adapted to our requirements when needed. We would happily use him again in the future.

Alight Heating were recommended to us by a local resident facebook page. John replied to my request quickly and offered to service our boiler the following week. He arrived promptly and performance a thorough overdue service. He also checked our underfloor heating to ensure the entire system was efficient and running properly. John did an excellent job and I think in the long term will save us money on our heating bill by improving our boilers performance. I would highly recommend John at Alight Heating and Plumbing

John was great - really friendly, really helpful, and gave good advice and overview on our boiler service. I mentioned an annoying tap and he was kind enough to fix it for free in under two mins. Will be using him for all boiler problems and when we change our radiators. Thanks John!
