Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating recently installed a new dual fuel towel rail for us in TN22, and as always the service was excellent. We've used them several times now for a new boiler installation and various plumbing jobs, and are always been reliable, professional and take pride in there work. Everything was completed to a high standard, left clean and tidy, and communication was great throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber and Gas Safe engineer.

Ryan at Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating recently replaced our old combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler and upgraded our living room radiators, removing the old outdated skirting radiators and fitting new modern, efficient replacements. I initially contacted Ryan for a fault with our old boiler. After diagnosing the fault, Ryan offered a range of options from fixing the fault to boiler replacement. We initially opted for a repair, but then subsequently changed our mind given the age of the boiler (19 years old!). At no point did Ryan try to push us one way or the other - in fact it was the professional manner in which he discussed the pros and cons of both options which ultimately made us opt for a replacement boiler. Ryan???s professionalism continued throughout, from initially scoping the work, to providing quotes, to carrying out the work. Ryan was punctual and communicative at all times, explaining everything clearly, and completing the work to a high standard and excellent finish. Our heating system is now more efficient and the new radiators have transformed the room, allowing us to make better use of the space. I would highly recommend Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a boiler installation, radiator upgrades or heating engineer in East Grinstead or surrounding areas.

Excellent service from Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating. Carried out a full strip down boiler service using genuine manufacturer parts and explained everything clearly throughout. Very professional, tidy and reliable. Boiler now running perfectly. Highly recommend if you need a heating engineer in RH19.

Had a radiator installed and relocated in our home by Rapid Flow Plumbing & Heating. Ryan was professional, on time and did a great job. Everything was fitted neatly, system filled and tested, and left working perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable local plumber and heating engineer in Lingfield and surrounding areas.

We contacted Rapid Flow after our boiler stopped working over Christmas, during a cold snap. Ryan attended quickly, put us at ease, diagnosed the problem and was able to get our hot water and heating back on quickly. We really appreciated the care and understanding Ryan showed, how our expectations were managed, and that he managed to keep our older boiler going! I would have no hesitation in recommending Rapid Flow to anyone, and I will be returning to them in future, for servicing and ultimately when the time comes to replace the boiler itself.
