We have used Mitchells for a long time and have always had great service. They have always accommodated our needs. They have helped us with a rental property for nearly 20 years which we have now sold and our own home. We really appreciated their help and support. Always very friendly and good communication.

We've used Mitchell Heating Services for many, many years. The service provided has always been of the highest quality, prompt and efficient. We were always reminded when the next boiler service was due. Having moved away from the area we can no longer retain their services. It was always very reassuring to know that Mitchells, and all their staff, were only a phone call away. A huge thank you.

I have been using Mitchell Heating Services for the last 9 years to maintain my very old (probably 25 years) boiler, and keep it running well past it's 'sell by' date. This year, it finally gave up and I had to accept the fact that it definitely had to be replaced. All the team at Mitchell were incredibly helpful in advising on what would be the best solution for me. Lisa communicating the admin stuff very efficiently, Simon detailing the pros and cons of heat pump, or combi boiler, or condensing boiler. Being a complete 'dinosaur' about this sort of equipment, I was relying on him totally. And a great asset of Simon is in explaining the detail in words which a complete layman can understand. So I agreed that the best option was the condensing boiler, and that it was also a good idea to replace the hot water tank, and the thermostat (both of which were well past their 'sell by' dates - even I knew that). The installation, by John, of the new boiler was extremely efficent, almost seamless, and he would also explain to me what he was doing in words I could understand. So 5 stars to all of them, and obviously I will continue to use Mitchell for ongoing annual checks and maintenance.

Fabulous service! As a previous landlord, I could totally rely on Lisa to contact me each year and liaise with my tenants to arrange the annual gas safety certificate. The team were always reliable, efficient and helpful. I'd highly recommend Mitchell Plumbing and Heating!

I used Mitchell Heating to replace all the radiators in my flat in late 2023. I was very impressed with the end-to-end service. The removal of the old radiators and installation of the new ones was all done in one day (6 radiators). The price was very reasonable, and the service I received was excellent. I even received two follow up calls (one on the day of installation and one a few days later) to check everything was working well and to check I was satisfied with my new radiators. I can???t recommend Mitchell Heating highly enough and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.
