This was the first time we used Simon from Collibrook and the job was a new oil-fired boiler installation. Right from the initial meeting, followed by efficient and clear communications, through to the time spent on site, my wife and and I found Simon to be very professional and incredibly hard working. When faced with the inevitable small and unexpected issues, Simon found sensible solutions and worked very late on the final day to ensure the project was completed on time. Will definitely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and family.

Amazing service, came next day. Kept me up to date on when he???ll be here. Fixed it quickly and explained what he had done. Highly recommend.

Exceptional, from start to finish. Simon is very knowledgeable and equally professional. He helped us upgrade our heating system, which was tired and inefficient, all within our tiny budget.

I recently had a new boiler installed by Collibrook and would highly recommend their services. They were professional, reliable, on time, polite, and extremely tidy. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would happily use them again.

Incredibly quick turnaround to deal with a major central heating crisis in a cold snap. Professional knowledgeable excellent service. As far as always, reliable and efficient.
