   Moving from an oil boiler to a heat pump was a big decision given all the negative comments about the effectiveness of heat pumps, so choosing the right installer was really important. Having contacted several other contractors, I was impressed with Matt???s knowledge and expertise and felt confident about his abilities. So far I have not been disappointed. The installation went smoothly and although I have yet to experience how well it heats the house during colder weather (writing this in June 2026) I???m impressed with the hot water temperature and quantity. Matt has done an excellent job with the installation - everything was left neat & tidy both internally and externally. The system is now being monitored by him remotely and I???m assured he will make the necessary tweaks to ensure it runs efficiently. So far so good!

   Really happy with the service we had from Greenhome. The Heat Geek process was great (they do a great job of simplifying the grant and application info over email), and the accuracy of the solution saved us many ??????'s and lots of disruption compared to the big name alternative quotes. Matt and his team installed in a few days, and the process was quick and tidy. They utilised my existing cylinder, and only a couple of rad changes required. All internal parts was easily tidied away in my existing cupboard, and location of ASHP in preferred location outside. Our house now has well balanced heat throughout, which has responded well to a range of outside temperatures, all the while giving us a SCOP of 5+. We have a busy house and the hot water has easily kept up with demand. The savings have been immediately evident, with the Vaillant system and app allowing us to take advantage of some great off peak tariff deals. Matt and the Greenhome team has responded well to after sales questions and overall, took great care in us and ensuring the solution was as optimised as possible. Thanks Greenhome!

   Matt and his apprentice Ollie fitted underfloor heating and a heat pump for us in 2025 and we couldn???t fault them. They took care over their work and made sure everything was working as it should be, returning a few times after the main bulk of the work had been done to make sure everything was as energy efficient as it could be. Very helpful and friendly
