On the strength of a phone call can???t repair a gas fire without a manual and is afraid to work on a heating system in case it opens a can of worms. Pathetic!

Really great experience with Julian, we had a fault with our boiler and he gave us some really helpful advice. Later we contacted him for a boiler service and he was quick to reply, very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
