Jack Anderson was very friendly and really helpful delivering the whippy machine and gave us lots of information

Jack Anderson came down and was super helpful installing our new whippy machine. Funny, chatty... the greatest tutor of all time ;)

The best nights sleep I've had!! Thank you so much to the team from Empire who were brilliant from initial enquiry all the way through to installation. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely knowledgable, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Having spent my first night in an air conditioned bedroom was so lovely, especially given the current heat wave. I haven't slept so well before!

Excellent service from Andy & the team. After speaking with Andy regarding our heat pump service, we had a call the same day to arrange a booking. Our engineer Dean was great, talked through everything he was doing and has left our home exactly how it was.

I had a fantastic experience with Andy and the team from Empire Services. From the initial enquiry, Andy was attentive and professional???taking the time to visit my home, fully understand my requirements, and provide a clear and competitive quote. Once approved, his team installed three ???smart??? domestic air conditioning units, with external ducting that was carefully matched to the style of my property. The installation process was smooth and stress-free. The team were punctual, polite, and incredibly tidy???an absolute pleasure to have around. What really stood out were the regular check-ins throughout the installation, ensuring I was completely satisfied at every stage. It???s rare to find this level of care and communication. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Andy and the team to anyone looking for high-quality air conditioning work. A truly professional service from start to finish.
