Fred did a great job of fitting our new radiators. We are delighted. He was efficient, timely and thorough. He also spent time making sure we bought exactly what we needed. We would highly recommend him ????????

A note to say how amazing Fred is! We had a major leak coming from our third floor toilet which was running through the ceilings to our kitchen on the bottom floor. I rang Fred who instantly assisted me in turning off the stopcock and he arrived within 10mins and sorted the problem. Super friendly and incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend without hesitation!

I had a problem with a valve. Called Fred and within hours he was there, had diagnosed the problem and arranged a follow up to fit. Easy, professional, clean and good value. I will be recommending Fred to all my clients and friends.

I???ve had my Bathroom renovated by the Bancroft team once again! Very happy with the finish and attention to detail. Great communication and service as always.
