Richard was friendly, punctual and happy to share his knowledge as well. He completed our boiler service efficiently and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Richard to other homeowners needing to get their boiler serviced

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly, honest and dependable. We are very fortunate to have found Richard, to carry out our work boiler annual servicing.

We had Richard fit a replacement boiler and he was professional, reassuring and explained everything clearly. His quote was clear and very reasonable. The job was done quickly and cleanly, the warranty was registered for us, and we will be getting RGW back for annual servicing. Highly reccommended.

Richard responded promptly to my request for a quote for a boiler replacement. His quote was excellent and included many additional items which I requested. The work was carried out efficiently; and on time. The team had to contend with other tradesmens working in the same area but they still left the house clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service! We recently had our old boiler replaced, Richard and his team did a fantastic job. He was punctual, professional, and completed the work quickly. Highly recommended for any heating or plumbing needs!"
