I contacted Luke regarding a water leak we cannot find, he came round the next day, fitted a new stopcock, looked around in the house, checked under the floorboards in the hall and advised that the leak is external, which he could not deal with himself, but recommended someone who could. When I asked how much i owed he said nothing. I double checked, I couldn't believe it. I was really made up and thankful for his help and generosity and wouldn't hesitate to contact him next time I need a plumber. Absolute top bloke, highly recommend

We were looking to upgrade our ensuite shower as we had issues with leaks. From the start, Luke was very friendly and professional and was able to assist us with our many questions. Considering it had been the first time we had upgraded our bathroom, he offered assistance and recommendations, even to go as far as explaining in detail each option, along with benefits and drawbacks or bringing samples of each choice to help us get a better understanding of what it would look like. Not to mention, he completed all the work by himself in 3 days!

Luke???s been brilliant from start to finish! We wanted to renovate our shower and part of the en-suite but we aren???t the most imaginative with that sort of thing ???? Luke was really informative and helpful; he gave us lots of ideas for what we could do and was always happy to answer our (many!) questions. His quote was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. He completed the work on his own within 3 days which we thought was amazing, he was also very considerate and made sure everything was clean and tidy (which we know from experience isn???t always a given!) The en-suite looks amazing, he has done a very professional job and we have already asked him to come back to do some work in our main bathroom. He has been really friendly and conscientious throughout, always going the extra mile and exceeding our expectations. We would definitely recommend him!

Luke fitted a boiler for me recently. Very polite and great workmanship. I was at work all day and happy to leave him in my house to get the job done. He even fed my dog and took him for a walk around the block for me. What a guy! Thanks Luke.

Had an emergency because my boiler broke down on a Saturday afternoon and the team came out the same day . They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Overall I was really impressed by the service. And I would highly recommend.
