Initially didn't turn up to the first arranged visit. When he did arrive, he was at the house for an hour, swapped a ??10 part, and didn't fix the problem. Charged almost ??200 for the pleasure. FYI, this was a non-emergency call out.

This 15min job turned out to be over an hour, not their fault down to an old boiler. They did not charge any more for the job so they get a full 5 stars, thank you, when I replace this unit will only be to happy to call this firm to do the job.

Jeff is quiet, gentle and efficient. First class. Thank you. Because tradesmen have trodden cat???s poo into the house in the past, my wife would be more at ease if street shoes were not worn throughout the house. For consideration please.

Had my radiators flushed through and a filter put onto the boiler. It's a first class job with excellent customer service at a good price . The improvement in heat from the system has been greatly improved and everything left clean and tidy. Will certainly be the first plumber I will use in the future, many thanks Jeff. Ian
