Needed a gas engineer last minute for a client I support, and Paul was able to attend the same day and complete the work needed. The service from start to finish was excellent ??? professional, reliable and really helpful throughout. I would 100% recommend and will definitely use again.

Waited in this morning for boiler service. Phoned after he was half an hour late to be told he???d just had a hip operation. I wished him a speedy recovery. I explained I booked the service in February with Jackie and he said he didn???t know anything about it and that the operation was last minute. I totally understand you would take the operation when offered but he or Jackie really ought to have had the courtesy to phone customers to advise them and to rearrange a booking. Now I???m left trying to arrange an urgent appointment with another company so I don???t invalidate my boiler warranty. We always try to support local rather than use big companies but so disappointed with this :-(

Cannot recommend Paul and Jackie enough they have both been brilliant. The only Boiler repair company in Tavistock to be helpful over a weekend when other companies expected ??300+ call out fee before they did anything. Paul helped throughout the day trying to diagnose the fault without any charge during several calls from me. Unfortunately the storm damage caused the boiler to be beyond economical repair. Four days later a new boiler and flue fitted. Thank you so much Paul and Jackie for your fantastic service we highly recommend.

I contacted MoorWarm when my oil fired boiler broke down and I was left without heating or hot water. Paul came first thing the next day (a Saturday) and performed a full diagnostics check before correctly identifying the issue. Rather than telling me I needed a new boiler, he took everything apart and checked every single element to establish where the issue lay. He then ordered the new part and fitted it as soon as he could, restoring my heating and hot water. He was happy for me to watch the whole process and he talked me through every aspect. Very impressed and highly recommend!

We thoroughly recommend Paul and Jackie. They are quick to respond, take great pride and care in their work. In freezing weather they went out of their way to collect our new boiler when it would have taken much longer to wait for delivery. They will not let you down!
