   Amazing service - engineer was out the same day after reporting an issue with my boiler. Needed a new boiler, which was arranged for the next working day . Workmen worked professionally, keeping the area tidy and well protected. Felt staff were respectful of my home whilst carrying out the works. I felt listened to with my queries and concerns and everything was explained clearly to me - the staff ensured I was happy with how to work the new controls / settings etc, explaining everything fully.    06/05/26 Wayne Gregory looks after my portfolios properties. Last week, water wasn???t getting to the boiler. His team did a temp fix and went back a few dats later and lifted all flooring to identify any leak(s). Three found!All sorted and made repairs to flooring and relaid the carpets. Fantastic guys.
