I???ve recently moved to the area and needed a boiler service asap. Mark was really flexible and fit me in quickly. I was really impressed with Mark???s down to earth, but professional nature and he really put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Mark carried out the service on our boiler. He called before the appointment to confirm he was on his way, and whilst at our property he was extremely thorough and professional. We were really pleased with the service, and the advice he provided was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff! Would highly recommend :)

Just had my boiler repaired due to a leak. Mark also noticed a separate more worrying safety issue concerning a pipe that needed to have an outlet for potential pressure release steam to go through to the outside. He made a really neat job of this inside and out as well as completing the original repair. Mark is friendly, reliable, tidy working and knowledgeable gas engineer. Mark initially serviced our boiler and did a thorough service, not just a case of plug in a machine to check if any faults come up like some plumbers we???ve had in the past. Mark took his time to carry out a service and was a good hour checking everything. Mark suggested changing a couple of the parts within the boiler and also gave advice to save on our gas bill. Mark came back in a couple of days to change the parts he suggested at service with a reasonable fee to fit. Would definitely use again and recommend. Great job. Thank you.

We contacted Gas Trademark to book a full gas boiler service. The reply was speedy and the customer service was brilliant, Mark finished the job and gave us some friendly advice on the water quality of our heating system.
