Excellent service - After enjoying the heating system for 8 years I had a problem with one of my heaters staying on permanently and not connecting to my heat app. I rang southwest heating and within 10 minutes of speaking to them an engineer rang and walked me through how to correct the error. Many thanks Neil for patience and being such a fantastic ambassador for your company.

FEBRUARY 2025 My wife and I wrote the review below after installation several years ago. As an update, we would like to add that we have had first class service from Neil and his team since that time. Recently, we had a problem with the App which was fixed immediately and then we required a particular new part for one of our five heaters. It took a little time but Neil fixed things for us and we are grateful. This company should be applauded for helping their customers - whenever they are needed- on the phone or by a visit. We recommend South West Heating, without reservation. Outstanding Quality From the initial survey of our cottage to the one-day installation took only 8 weeks. As the heaters had to come from the manufacturers in Germany this was very impressive. There is no hard sell involved with South West Heating Solutions. They concentrate on a high quality product, sound advice and excellent customer service. My wife and I are delighted with our 5 heaters. The app works well in setting each room???s heat in time intervals and the individual remote controls allow instant modification of all settings.

Just moved into a property with storage heaters, absolutely hated them, got in touch with South West Heating solutions who came and gave us a free no obligation survey, Neil came round and sorted everything out, the service was fantastic. Georgia in the office was also friendly and polite when I had to contact them. We went for the Sunamp water heater and that is fantastic, we also had three radiators, it has changed our bungalow for the better, so easy to control through an app. The bungalow now has warmth when we want it, my bills have also dropped. Adam the plumber and Shaun and Steve the electricians were very polite and good fun, they left the place like they hadn't been in, cleaned everything up. Can thoroughly recommend this company to fit your heating system. Thanks guys, fantastic service.

Over years of rental places I???ve experienced no heating, rubbish night storage heaters and generally cold places! So when I got my place I knew that those electric heaters needed to go!! I???ve waited 4 months since ordering but I???m so pleased with the end result! ???????????? Is it sad to be so excited over radiators!!? ???????? MASSIVE thanks to South West Heating!! ????????????????????????

This was our second installation after having the upstairs completed last year. We are very happy and love the idea that we can adjust the heating while we are out. Highly recommended and so much better than 'night storage heaters'.
