Paul Wiley efficiently carried out both the servicing of the boiler and producing the Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. He is always very helpful.

Contacted Paul as oil boiler had failed to start and the thermostat in emersion tank given up! No heating or hot water. Within 24 hours he had visited, replaced the thermostat and got my boiler fired up! Absolutely brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. Couldn't fault him.

My oil boiler stopped working and I had no hot water ???? I sent Paul a message on his website that evening and he rang me first thing the next morning, he came round that day identified the main problem ordered the part and fitted it the next day!! now I have lovely hot water again. Paul is a really nice person and he gave me a lot of advice on our heating system. Would definitely recommend ????

We made a non emergency but time sensitive phone call to Paul. We had a new kitchen being fitted and the kitchen sink removal was an issue. In a time when people tend to over promise and under deliver, Paul did the complete opposite. He turned up sooner than he said, within the hour and resolved the issue swiftly. From phone call to repair, inside 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. We're looking to do our bathroom next and we won't be looking anywhere else for fitting than Paul. We'd wait until he was free rather than get someone else. Top tradesman.
