Servicing of our Grant heat pump by Dwayne who is Grant accredited and highly knowledgeable. He corrected system settings and replaced faulty equipment. Very highly recommended.

We have used Jose and Blackler several times. The service is excellent and they have been very helpful in giving us advice on our central heating and boiler system. The are extremely efficient and the staff are all brilliant and very professional. I would definitely recommend them for all plumbing and heating issues. Not only are they very reliable and efficient.The price is always reasonable.

We came back from a holiday to find a leak and contacted Jose and Blackler Ltd for help. They were brilliant and sent Sam over that afternoon to sort it all out. He was polite, quick and repaired the leak with the minimum of fuss - a credit to the firm.

Overpriced, poor customer service when the invoice was challenged, and the boss ignored our concerns regarding the invoice and instead sent us a threatening letter. Jose and Blackler invoiced us ??167 to replace a ??15 actuator head. It takes 5 minutes to do this work. The invoice they sent us had no breakdown of the cost, and when trying to understand how the cost can be so high I was ultimately met with threats of court action if I didn't pay. This demonstrates a casual disregard for their customer's money. We will not use Jose and Blackler services for our properties in the future.

I have used Jose & Blackler several times for plumbing work around the house and have always found them responsive, really helpful and great value for money. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for and while their prices are competitive I have always been very happy with the quality of their work and the responsiveness to an enquiry. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone
