Neil has an excellent attention to detail and will go the extra mile to ensure top quality workmanship. Also happy to provide clear explanations.

My sister's boiler needed servicing-I called Neil and explained the situation. He fitted in a visit that same day and went well beyond expectation in the professionalism, care and efficiency he took in helping us through a very tricky time. I thoroughly recommend Neil in every respect.

Neil replaced our oil fired central heating boiler. From the initial phone call to the job completion his communication was very professional, polite and efficient. Neil is well qualified and has an excellent engineering background. His administration and punctuality are excellent. His quote was comprehensive and fair. We are very pleased with the service given. 100% recommended. Norman & Jenny.

We recently moved into a new house, and hired Neil to come and take a look at our fuel boiler (which was producing an unusual smell). Neil investigated the problem thoroughly, explained the operation of our central heating system in detail, and identified several ways to optimize the operation of our entire setup (including the boiler, hot water tank, and the radiators). Neil is very knowledgeable and his explanations are very clear -- we'll definitely be using him for all our plumbing and heating needs going forward.

Fully recommend Neil, total professional service from initial survey to completed work. Full installation of gas central heating and gas cooker connection, nothing was too much trouble, friendly, helpful and restored our confidence in local tradespeople, will not hesitate to use Neil for any future projects, would give more than 5 stars if we could, thank you .
