Our recent gas boiler service was carried out by Alex. He was punctual, thorough and very professional. He had a friendly approach and worked with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend both him and his company to anyone.

I had agreat experience with Lee and Jake, they were incredibly friendly from the moment they arrived and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. They are clearly hard workers???they stayed until the job was finished as much as could be. It???s rare to find a crew that is both professional and genuinely pleasant to have in your home. Highly recommend!

We were visited by Alex from Custom Heat today. Our ground source heat pump failed on New year's eve, Alex came two days later and diagnosed the problem but with the heat pump manufacturer out of business and spares next to non-existent there was little hope of a fix. Fast forward to today when we received a call from the office that Alex was in the area and may have a solution to our breakdown. Affable and courteous and using his experience and initiative, he had our system up and running in a short space of time. A really positive experience from Alex and Custom Heat. Thanks

Had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago and on a service plan with Custom Heat. Efficient, quick, courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them.
