I recently used Phoenix Plumbing for a bathroom tap installation and was really impressed with the service. Later on, we had a plumbing emergency with a mains water leak, so I called Luke and he quickly arranged for one of his team to attend. The response was fast, professional, and the issue was sorted efficiently. Great service, great price, and excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable plumbers.

We've used Phoenix a number of times from minor tap jobs to a new gas installation to our boilers. Every engineer has been very competent, polite and cleaned up afterwards. It's taken four years to find such a good, reliable company. I would give 6 stars, but there's not enough room!

The engineer arrived right on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They took great care in checking every detail of the boiler and made sure everything was running efficiently and safely. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home???leaving everything spotless when the job was done. It???s not every day you come across tradespeople who are this reliable and trustworthy. I now have peace of mind knowing my heating system is in top shape, thanks to Phoenix Plumbing and Heating. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, dependable service. Absolutely five stars!

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while ????) .
