Excellent service from start to finish. Rob came out on Friday to diagnose the issue with my boiler, ordered the required part straight away, and returned on Tuesday to fit it. Unfortunately another fault was discovered, but he didn???t give up , he left my property with the hopes of finding the part he needed to complete the job . Rob came back again today and finally got everything sorted ??? we now have hot water again! He was efficient, reasonably priced, reliable, and really went above and beyond to get the boiler fixed properly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber/heating engineer

Thank you ????????????????????Excellent service from start to finish. Rob managed to fit us in at very short notice which was hugely appreciated. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards too. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be using them again for future jobs!

Committed to the job on his first visit, on the next day he did not communicate with me till the late afternoon saying "it won't be too long" before he comes, after I chased him. Then he never showed up. Wasted two days of mine waiting around for him to connect a washing machine. I would not recommend him.

Cannot recommend Robb enough. Needed someone to help my mother when she found her washing machine leaking. My first call was around 1pm, he was finishing up a job but on his way to her by 2.20 and done by 3.30. No messing. Such a relief. She said he was ever so professional and very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Thanks so much.

Highly recommend Rob & his team. Polite, punctual & check in with you to make sure you???re happy with their their work. They have done several different jobs for us and will continue to use them.
