I contacted Alert Plumbing and Heating about a slow leak we'd found and expected to need to wait weeks, but their plumber arrived two hours later and fixed the job on the spot! After quite a few bad experiences with plumbers, Alert are definitely going to our 'Go To' company from now on.

Noel and his teak are knowledgeable about underfloor heating and did some minor repairs to our underfloor heating system and all seems good. I am glad I discovered him as I can now use him should I have any further issues. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing and heating issues.

Great service and reassuringly helpful when had water pouring through the ceiling. Emergency call out was reasonably costed and prior to the callout, he talked me through what to do so it didn???t spiral out of control. Thank you

I contacted Noel regarding a leak from my gas central heating boiler as I could see from records passed on to me by the previous owner that the boiler had been regularly serviced and maintained by Alert Plumbing over a number of years. Noel responded promptly, giving me clear details of his pricing structure and also pointing out that as the boiler was old parts may be difficult to come by and more costly. Jake arrived and diagnosed the problem. A new part was needed, ordered and fitted and a service carried out within a few days. I very much appreciated the professional approach of both Noel and Jake, from the first contact with Noel, the record keeping that had been kept at each service of the boiler over the years and the polite and considerate nature of Jake whilst undertaking the repair in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Noel and Jake.
