I had air conditioning fitted. The company were very good. The initial quote was in person, and very competitive. When the work started Chris and Liam protected all the carpets and were very tidy. They were tirelessly in 38 degree heat. I cannot fault them A company I have already recommended and will look to use again

When our combi boiler decided to try and flood the kitchen on Bank Holiday Friday the response from Nick was immediate, reassuring and thorough. Everything was presented and explained clearly and a very good price was quoted. The new boiler was installed within a few days by the lovely, professional John ably assisted by the equally lovely George. They cleaned everything up behind them and John showed all the work and explained in detail what had been done. It was a very hot day to work in the loft and I can't thank them enough for their unfailing sense of humour! I can thoroughly recommend Good Plumbing of Herne Bay for any and all plumbing work that you may need. Thank you Nick and the Team!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was provided with a clear and fair quote, and the work was completed within a great timeframe. The old water cylinder was removed and the new one installed effectively and efficiently, with everything left tidy afterwards. Professional, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Good Plumbing! Andrew was brilliant from start to finish while fixing a leak in our bath tap. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Good Plumbing to anyone needing reliable plumbing work. Thanks again, Andrew and the Good Plumbing team.

I can???t stress how grateful I am for the experience I had with good plumbing. From start to end it has been a great service. I was informed every step of the way! From my initial consultation with Nick, who helped me to decide the correct boiler for my home. Nick is very knowledgeable and has great people skills. John who carried out the work was amazing! I was confident in what he was doing and he managed to save my beautiful kitchen when I thought I may have those brass pipes sticking out! I???m very pleased with this experience. Thank you so much guys! 10/10
