I have used Mark at A-Rated Plumbing & Heating on multiple occasions. Mark has always gone the extra mile to solve and repair our boiler where other engineers have failed. I would highly recommend Mark for any boiler or heating issues. He is reliable, fair on price, and incredibly professional.

Mark was really quick to answer my message about horrible noises coming from the boiler. He came out and solved the problem straightaway and then came back the next day to replace a couple of worn parts. He showed us where the problems were and explained everything clearly. Friendly and reliable service - can definitely recommend!

I???ve used Mark a few times now for different plumbing jobs, including fitting new taps, replacing the main house stopcock, and fixing an instant hot water tap. Every job has been done professionally and to a high standard, reliable, knowledgeable, and tidy work throughout. Highly recommended and I wouldn???t hesitate to use him again

Great service from A Rated Plumbing in Canterbury. Mark the plumber had previously carried out repairs on my old boiler and central heating, so I was confident using them again. He installed my new boiler and condensing pump quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail. Friendly, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Mark has been our plumber for many years. He and his team have installed two bathrooms for us along with ongoing maintenance of all the household plumbing. He???s always quick to respond in an emergency and gets the job done. Highly recommended.
