Very highly recommended indeed. Ben is a friendly, professional and efficient plumber. A particular part was required to fix my slightly leaking lavatory. Ben went and obtained said particular part within the time scale he quoted, which was only around 30 minutes. Once the job was completed, Ben kindly cleaned the area. Again, I would highly recommend this plumber.

We couldn't be happier with the work Ben did fitting radiators in our new home. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic to work with. Ben's expertise really shone through when he assessed our heating needs. He gave us clear, practical advice on what we needed to do to improve the heating throughout the house, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right for us, not just completing the job. The quality of his workmanship is excellent - everything has been fitted beautifully and works perfectly. He was incredibly responsive throughout, keeping us updated and making sure we were happy every step of the way and talking us through our options. His commitment to doing a really good job was evident in every detail. Beyond his technical skills, Ben was just a really nice guy to chat to. He made what could have been a disruptive process actually quite pleasant, and we felt completely confident leaving him to get on with the work. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone needing radiator fitting or heating work. It's rare to find a tradesperson who combines excellent workmanship with such great customer service.

Ben is always friendly, professional and reliable. He has done a lot of work for me over the past few months, all completed on time, to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Friendly and reliable, Ben has fixed a few issues for us over the past year (we inherited some less than ideal plumbing from our home's previous owners). Ben always does a good, thorough job. He's also happy to talk you through the work beforehand and will show you what's been done when the job is finished. Everything's been great! Would absolutely recommend him.
