Mark has always been so reliable and professional. Our boiler was making some strange noises he came out next day and said we needed a new boiler . He came the next day to fit it . Worked a very long day to complete it in one day . Professional, friendly, does what he says he will do and as soon as he can . He always reply???s to messages . Definitely recommend Mark .

Mark Andersen of Fixlink has been annually servicing our boiler for several years after the original fitter closed his business. Mark has recently changed our old traditional gravity fed system with hot and cold water tanks to a combi system. This involved a lot of work in a 1960???s house which has had previous plumbing alterations over the years. Although slightly unconvinced at first on the merits of a combi boiler now we have got used to it we are very happy with the result. Would be happy to recommend Fixlink to anyone seeking a friendly, good and independent service provider.

Mark was recommended to us by a friend and I???m so glad they did. Our old boiler had stopped working and Mark agreed to visit us in an emergency on a Saturday morning to help. He prioritised our installation and was able to fit very quickly and while we were away. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Mark to support with any boiler/ plumber related jobs, he really is a superstar! (NB we have a 10 week old baby so as it was an emergency, I had also called 6 other plumbers, Mark was 1 of only 2 to return my calls and was the only plumber to visit us within the hour, and on his day off!)

Huge thanks to Mark at FixLink for doing such a fantastic job installing my new boiler. He did a lot of pre-prep, from the initial assessment visit, then again visiting the day before to do some preparation work prior to the actual installation. On the day he worked non-stop completing the work by late afternoon, then took time to show me how to check and refill pressure when low, how to clean the filter and even showed me how to bleed the heating! Thank you so much for the excellent work, care and expertise you came with Mark. It's so appreciated !

Mark of FixLink supplied and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for me, replacing not only an ancient and underpowered Ideal boiler but also a lot of sloppily installed old pipework. So I now have the right size boiler with immaculate pipe work. The whole operation took a full day - Mark started prepping very early, the boiler itself arrived shortly afterwards, and Mark spent the rest of the day hard at work. He didn???t finish until late in the evening - and after making sure I understood all the controls and maintenance procedures. Definitely a 5-Star job.
