I contacted Mark to take a look at my slowly draining/ blocked toilet. He suggested I try using an old mop as a plunger. This worked. He could so easily have done the same thing and charged me. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely contact him should a plumbing job arise in the future.

I???ve used Pure Plumbers four times now for different jobs (toilet leak, kitchen leak, etc.), and every time he???s been reliable, professional, and quick to get the work done. He???s been so much better than all my previous experiences with plumbers. Most recently, he repaired a kitchen leak efficiently and at a fair price. I really trust his work and would definitely recommend him.

I have been using Pure Plumbers for over 10 years. In that time they have fitted a new boiler, pump and serviced our boiler on an annual basis. I have found pricing to be fair and have always been happy with the standard of the work. The online booking is very easy. In the past I've had issues with other plumbers not bothering to turn up but Mark is extremely reliable, so this is something I don't have to worry about now. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Pure Plumbers. They are professional, and reliable. The problem with my heating was clearly explained and how he planned to fix it. The work was done to a high standard, and everything???s been working perfectly since. If you are looking for a quality plumber, then I highly recommend!

Booked Pure Plumbers via the online booking form, which was quick and straightforward process, received an email confirmation. Mark turned up on time and was quick to ascertain the issue, which was fixed and back in working order within a couple of hours. Mark was very efficient and explained clearly exactly what needed to be done. Would highly recommend
