i arrived home to a ground floor flood and 2 inches of water in every room. A flexi hose had perished in my downstairs wash basin. Elaine was so helpful on phone and within 20 mins Duncan (amazing plumber) was fixing the issue, checking all other basins and helping me mop up. Five star service. Duncan is so personable, efficient and professional. And wouldnt even accept a glass of water. Thank you Ability team you are the best!

I hired them to service my oil boilers. They did OK on the house boiler. They correctly identified a carbon monoxide problem on the pool boiler. However, they then recommended replacing the pool boiler at a cost of ??8760. I hired a different firm to check their advice who found a mouse had dragged some insulation material into the main air pipe and by removing this fixed the problem for ??244. I won't be using Ability again.

We???ve used Ability a few times now and wouldn???t go anywhere else for any plumbing or boiler need. They are absolutely brilliant, we???ve met Glynn and Duncan now who have both gone above and beyond to get things sorted. Our house and the plumbing are old and there???s been a few surprises, but it???s never been anything they can???t handle. Both are lovely people and very good at what they do. I???ve also spoken to Elaine on the phone who is polite, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Ability a call, we are very grateful that we did!

We have used Ability for a number of years and they have been consistently excellent. Recently we had a leaking hot water tank "disaster" and they were superb: quick, efficient and getting everything fixed within a very short time. Recommended very strongly!
