Called in Bluebird. There were issues with accessibility and age of existing pipe work. Andy went through options and came up with the most cost effective solution. I don???t usually write reviews but Andy and Jack were so prompt and professional in their work, I wanted to make others aware.

Great experience with Andy. Knowledgeable and friendly heating engineer. He???s done two boiler services for us in East Grinstead and fixed a broken cylinder thermostat at short notice. Very happy with the work.

They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and their workmanship was genuinely top-quality. Both engineers were polite, friendly, and extremely respectful of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the installation. It was clear they take real pride in their work ??? the boiler was fitted perfectly, tested thoroughly, and they made sure I understood how everything operated before they left. Andy and Jack replaced our old gas boiler with a new one. They gave us excellent service , an accurate and detailed identification of boiler problems, we were lucky it was Aigust and they were able to access an appropriate boiler quickly. Installation was promptly and efficiently delivered right on time. Could not recommend more highly and wil be using them for regular services. Thanks again
